住民税非課税世帯等に対する臨時特別給付金について　Special Benefit for Residence Tax-exempted Households, etc.

1. All household members must be exempted from the per-capita amount of Residence Tax for fiscal year 2021.　
   世帯全員の令和3年度住民税均等割が非課税であること。
2. All household members must not be dependent on other relatives who are imposed on with the per-capita amount of Residence Tax.　
   世帯全員が、住民税が課税されている他の親族等の扶養を受けていないこと。

A Letter of Confirmation (kakuninsho) will be sent to the head of household from Matsudo City if your household is eligible. After checking the contents of the letter, please mail it back in the enclosed return envelope with the relevant documents listed on the confirmation letter.

対象となる世帯には、松戸市から確認書を送付します。必要事項を記入し、確認書に記載のある必要書類とともに、同封の返信用封筒で返送してください。

Please consult with the call center if you moved to Matsudo City on and after January 2, 2021.
令和3年1月2日以降に松戸市に転入した場合は、コールセンターにご相談ください。

1. Households whose income has significantly decreased since January 2021 due to the influence of the novel coronavirus disease.　
   令和3年1月以降新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響を受けて収入が減少した世帯であること
2. Households in which all household members’ annual income is expected to decrease to the threshold at which the per-capita amount of Residence Tax is exempted or less than that level.　
   世帯全員のそれぞれの年収見込額が住民税非課税相当水準以下であること
3. Households that are recorded on Matsudo City’s resident register as of the date of application.　
   申請日時点で松戸市に住民票のある世帯であること

An application is required to receive the benefit. If you need the application form, please inquire with the call center.
給付金を受けるには申請が必要です。申請書が必要な場合はコールセンターにお問い合わせください。

Submitted applications are scheduled to be processed starting Tuesday, March 1, 2022
申請受付は令和4年3月1日（火曜）から開始予定です。
After processing and checking the document contents, benefits will be provided to eligible households.
申請内容の審査を行った後、対象と認められた世帯について給付します。
