Getting to Matsudo　松戸市へのアクセス　

Matsudo City is in the northwest of Chiba Prefecture, separated from the neighboring Tokyo Metropolis by the Edo River. It is located a mere 20km from the Tokyo city center and can be reached by train from Tokyo Station in just 24 minutes on the JR Joban Line. Matsudo also has direct access to the Tokyo Bay Area and Saitama Prefecture on the JR Musashino Line, and is directly linked to both the Narita and Haneda airports by the Hokuso Railway Line. This connectedness has attracted 490,000 people to make Matsudo their home, growing the city into the 29th largest in Japan.

There are also a number of smaller railway lines that connect Matsudo with surrounding municipalities.

Matsudo has excellent access to both the major airports that service Tokyo - Narita International Airport and Haneda International Airport.
